Our approach to compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 and the “Digital Services Act” or “DSA”) is as follows:
Core rules and values:
No slurs or attacks based on race, religion, gender, or disability.
No harrassment of individuals or groups, race or gender.
No promotion of illegal acts, use of illegal substances or threats of harm.
No fake links or promotion of deep fakes.
Strategy:
All content is uploaded by a single appointed person who is aware of these issues.
No content is uploaded by others or by the general public.
Customers may report any content they consider innapropriate in our Reporting Form (Link below)
Any content flagged as potential illegal will be reported to out payment providers on a monthly basis.
Annual reports on any content moderation engaged by Miniskirtgirlz.com and associated sub-domains during the previous year will be made available.
